About us
Rizonn was born from the dream of contributing to our fast-changing world. We know how important it is to be able to either adapt or follow these changes, especially when it comes to business. Therefore, helping you to succeed and to project yourself outstandingly forward is our aim.

The core activities of Rizonn are recruiting, coaching, consulting, and assessing. Rizonn provides recruiting services for start-ups in France. Through coaching, we accompany individuals in their development processes, helping them with their careers and goals. We offer career consulting to support those aiming to plan strategically their career, work on the different steps, and professional decisions. When it comes to assessment, we are happy to help our clients to understand the behavior of their team members, as well as to observe, characterize and explain it.
