Systemic Constellation
A system is any group of people who regularly work, learn, or perform an activity together. Thus, it includes owners, founders, boards of directors, employees, companies, departments, teams, clients, products, markets, and so on. The common factor of these organizations is that they are composed of human beings. A systemic behavior happens when humans operate in a group. Systemic Constellation is a process of creating a model of a particular system in order to reveal and transform hidden patterns.

For a successful constellation, it is very important for you to formulate a clear and strong intention. Through an interview, we will discuss the request for the constellation until the intention can be formulated in one sentence. The discussion includes topics influencing your goals, such as other people involved, challenges, and available support. The aim of this conversation is to find an intention for the constellation that meets your needs.
Expanding our senses
Systemic Constellation supports us to learn how to use our bodies as instruments of perception. As we allow our senses — somatic, felt-sense, hearing, seeing, and others — to expand, we enter into a relationship with less-visible of a particular system. Working with your senses enables you to welcome and understand the feelings and sensations you have in a given situation. It will lead to well-being and improvement of the quality of your relationships.
The method
Our systemic constellation integrated into coaching has the following steps
- In an initial detailed discussion, the coach will explain to you what the constellation process should look like.
- The subject and points of work will be highlighted
- With the subject defined, the representative with certain elements is put in place. It is a visual process that allows you to have an overview of your relationships within the system.
- The coach will ask questions that will allow you to reflect on your constellation
- Some moves of the representatives will be made so that you have the chance to test new possibilities. Hence, new solutions will arise, showing a new order in your respective system.
- After that, you will have the chance to process and reflect on the new configuration and the system itself.
- Finally, when you feel ready, you will be invited to discuss it with the coach.
