Joachim is a German native born in the lovely city of Würzburg. He's an explorer at heart, with a keen interest in geography and biology, which led him to study both subjects at the University of Würzburg. Joachim's doctoral thesis tackled the fascinating intersection of ecosystems and traffic.

Joachim wears many hats: he's the Co-Founder of Rizonn and the driving force behind Dr. Först Consult, his very own consulting firm nestled in his hometown of Würzburg. His company offers top-notch advice on funding programs for communities and cities across Germany, as well as planning cutting-edge fiber-optic networks.

With an all-star team of consultants in his corner, specializing in fiberglass networks, funding programs, rural projects, and project development, Joachim champions teamwork and cooperation as the pillars of his company's philosophy.

As the face of the company, Joachim represents Dr. Först Consult in communities and shines as an expert in fiberglass. He's no stranger to the conference circuit, delivering guest lectures and keynote speeches while tapping into his extensive network to solve problems. Joachim is also the go-to guy for prospecting clients, managing new orders and projects, and organizing daily operations.
