The coaching methods and approaches we use
Some of them are gestalt therapy, art therapy, and breathing exercises. The use of one or more techniques, approaches, or methods relies on the client’s need, and it is identified by the coach during the coaching session.
Today's business environments generate tension and sometimes is hard to be rid of it. Stress is another concern, considering environments where we tend to spend many hours immersed in our daily tasks, decision-making, and crisis management.
