Anna, a business developer, wanted to increase motivation among her team. Currently, she felt that her team was lacking both motivation and inspiration. She had in mind that the change she wanted to see on her team, actually, should start within. This led her to search for new ways of changing her behavior, her posture, and the quality of her presence. She could not motivate or be inspiring as much as she wanted if she kept on the exact same path.

Part of the coaching intervention through art was to help Anna to be able to express herself better; art was used on different levels of complexity to do so; going from doodling, painting, and creating. Besides, there was a need for her to express her feelings, and learn how to welcome them. Therefore, making Anna create, explore and emerge herself in art, gave her new insides, and the possibility of establishing better ways of connecting, and motivating her team. Moreover, it deepened and enriched the quality of her conversations in a way that verbal communication cannot. Positive impacts were perceived on her relationships, interactions, behavior, posture, creativity, and levels of stress. Finally, the quality of her presence was also positively changed.
