Bruno, a commercial manager, benefited from art therapy in his coaching sessions to decrease his levels of stress, which according to him tend to be high. The different sorts of pressure he has to deal with, his daily tasks, goals, and his career itself are often sources of stress. The main issues, as defined by him, are not being able to live in the present moment; not being able to let things go; not being able to relax.
All of those issues are connected to the fact that he was not succeeding in going hide from stress. One of the proposals was to use therapeutic art techniques to help him to reduce stress, providing Bruno with a safe environment so that he could express himself, and make art without judgments. The outcomes were positive, levels of stress and anxiety decreased, and a feeling of relief took place.
